Business Development Executive

Description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline and support the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, using tools like Linkedin Sales Nav, Apollo, Lusha and so on as well as social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs and pain points of prospects to determine their fit for our products or services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets and understand industry trends.
- Follow-up: Nurture relationships with potential clients through follow-up communications to ensure engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years experience in sales in the IT Industry is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
