We are in search of an experienced SEO professional who can efficiently drive commercial success by undertaking the task of optimizing our social assets s for search engines. The selected candidate will handle the SEO marketing team at Magicminds and collaborate with multiple members of different teams to implement the latest SEO strategies. The major responsibility would remain to drive more traffic and increase relevant audience reach. Substantial experience in the B2B, SAAS industry is a must-have for this profile. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing education and development opportunities for the SEO team.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI for SEO initiatives. • Ensure all SEO deliverables meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices· Responsible for growth in organic traffic & lead generation by designing & implementing strategies for SEO & digital marketing growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client goals and drive organic traffic growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ SEO professionals, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance their SEO performance.
- Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of SEO performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with other departments, including Content, PPC, social media, and Web Development, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
- Craft content strategies that guide the content team based on keyword research.
- Deliver new keyword clusters, keywords, and topic clusters for new content generation and old content revamp.
- Lead content marketing outreach & high-quality link building campaigns and initiate communication with prospective websites & influencers.
- Analyze the performance of SEO campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPI).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Identify SEO issues with a continuous audit process and ensure that those issues are reported to concerned teams on time.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure the generation of SEO-friendly content.
- Manage all types of search engine tools like XML sitemaps, webmaster tools for analytics, and diagnostics reporting.
- Experience with or willingness to learn additional marketing channels such as PPC, email marketing, affiliate, etc is a plus as we are expanding our marketing channels.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Should be from IT service based industry.
- Proven working experience in SEO.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge based on Search Console & other industry tools.
- Sound knowledge of concepts like crawl budget, cannibalization, content pruning, etc.
- Sound knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest trends.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in doing SEO for SaaS/large publications is a plus.
