Roles and Responsibility:

• Create, edit, and manage high-quality technical content for diverse platforms (blogs, websites, whitepapers, manuals, etc.).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate information.
• Develop and maintain content style guides and standards.
• Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in all content.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Optimise content for SEO and user engagement.
• Mentor and guide junior writers to improve their skills and output.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, English, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent research skills to gather information and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Familiarity with content management systems and keyword research tools.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
• Experience with SEO best practices
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Experience – 5+ years (Only IT Industry)
